"I've tried this a few times now, I get out of the shower, put my hair in a hair towel, then when damp spray through root to ends. I've tried about 10 pumps, which did nothing. Then tried about 25 pumps all over, still nothing. Tried my usual hask detangler immediately after and no problems. I will have to throw the whole range away, complete waste of money."

"I’m not sure why but this product did not work for me. I tried it after using the recommended shampoo and conditioner, spraying it onto my wet hair. As I brushed it felt like nothing had changed and my hair did not feel smoother. There were still tangles after spraying and was hard to brush through, even after a heavy coating. I attempted trying this product on different occasions but nothing changed, just felt like spraying water on my hair. I have semi thick and wavy hair, but nothing too thick or wild."
